...are so damn hard to find!!! Why o' why?! Anyways, I'm going to try and get one tomorrow for Mister LD2's birthday. Wish me luck!! :)

....next week will try out Skype with Mister LD2 too while he's away in Japan, that should be interesting.

Birthday post...

Thanks to everyone who called/text/wrote e-mails to wish me happy birthday. :) I had a weird and very mild mannered birthday. I didn't get to do any of my usual stuff (i.e. Disneyland or something similar). We had friends in town to meet other friends of theirs from good ol' Canada. So, we spent time with them. Those Canadians were sailors in the Canadian Navy. Nice guys. They let us tour their ships, pretty cool stuff. I had no idea that there would be bars in a ship. That's wild. But, they do have one.. and the drinks were less expensive than Gaslamp. But, overall it was a fun and relaxing day. We had originally planned to go to Universal Studios the weekend after for my sister in law's birthday.. but we ended up shopping for boxes and such. She moved to Michigan temporarily for a good contract job.. so, she was moving out of her apartment that weekend. So, alas. Maybe I'll do Universal Studios this weekend...

Puppy!!

Welp, I was going to get a cute German Shepard puppy for my birthday! But... as it turns out, I don't think I can handle a puppy right now. So, I think we're going to hold off on the puppy for a bit. Anyways, I think a lab. would fit us a bit better. Family and life wise. But, I do know the name for the puppy when it comes - Shaba!!! I made it up for a Horde character a long time ago..and I love it. All our friends like it.. or they like to tease me about it. :)

Anyways, more information later. I'm finally finally getting over a cold.. which I've had for a couple of weeks now. It kicked my butt!!! Along with being sick, it seems like all the time. I'm pretty much tired of that. Hopefully that goes away soon too.
